Libya just forbade to every ONG whch taxied immgrants pickig them 12 kms off their coast to operate. The range at which they can now operate is 180kms. This will be enforced by their navy, which is loyal to president al-Sarraj, which Italy Navy is now supporting with 2 ships in recog roles.
