*note* whenever you call these types of scammers they can get your AID (if high teach. they have their own switching system) or they will simply forward your call to another 1 800 number they currently control.
(btw if you want to catch people who *67 you, this works wonderfully)

They will bump you around to a "customer support" tech, another technician and if need be a MANAGER!
