First they stop a pedestrian to ask for directions, then they grab the person's arm, dragging him a hundred meters on the street while the car drives away. Despite three cases with the first one over 2 days ago, there have still been no arrests. Interestingly, neither the victims nor the police have been able to present a description of the assailants, what they looked like or what they sounded like, in order to warn others living in the area.
