Shit. I read off the "Boeing KC-135R" from my dad who worked in and with the military and he knew it was a refueling plane. Though I think it was more AWACS with NATO during the cold war that he had worked with, but I am sure they needed those refueling planes for them.

Their Sinpo-class with the 1-2 SLBMs are really short legged and would need refueling to get to the coast of the US. They'd be picked up on the move easily.
