It's rustling because women in tech are already so coddled. There is few of them and everyone wants to hire them to show off how diverse and inclusive they are, they get it comparatively easy to men who have to compete against hordes of spergs willing to slave away just for the privilege to get the gig.

Early on programming was considered to be women's(secretarial type) work. Guys eventually decided it was actually men's work and replaced women. It is all about spin. Women do fine in STEM. But you know what happens when we hire them? They use their position as a springboard into bigger companies where they can get oversight positions where they don't have to code anymore. Their average amount of time codung is about 8 months before they go find a management position.

They are on easy mode.

Agreed. Oddly enough, women are "pushed out of tech" by the nerds that work there in much the same way anyone who isn't interested deeply in tech would be pushed out, regardless of sex. Is this the Left's new member against any evidence based argument that run contrary to their agenda?

Isn't the implementation better than the actual quality of code itself? I don't know of any major piece of software which was coded entirely by a woman. Maybe there's some indie video games but even then, they're blown away by the ones produced by men.

Squares pretty neatly with, for example, world chess rankings (2 out of the top 100 are female). Now it can be argued that this is due to less interest, and whether or not that interest is driven by biological differences, or we can straight up say that it's due to men's brains being wired for strategy and systematizing. And here is the meat of it. They want power over others. Most gifted coders do not, they just want to solve interesting problems and not be told they are shitlords when they do it faster and more elegantly than anyone else.

Essentially what we're seeing play out is a clash between two personalities: autists vs managerial types

The way around this (while not denying the truth) is for us to say "some men are better than most men and almost all women", meaning, there IS such a thing as a savant class of men. Whether they're savant because they have tons of drive and focus (interest), or they're savant just due to nature's wiring, they ARE.
