The yeast forms a shield when it gets big enough that resists antibiotics and can increase its resistance after. You have to eat a special diet that basically starves you for three days you take time off, suggest a week, and the yeast can't survive without food and being baragged by food with antibacterial qualities.
After 3 days, you will shit out most of it and the shield will be gone and you gotta eat lots of probiotic yogurt to replace the empty bacteria space with good bacteria fast and consistently, so it doesn't regrow.
When a lot dies at once, you'll get "candida die off" which is when the bacteria dies so much it releases all its bad toxins and you break out in a rash over your whole body like I did, and it lasted days but when it was done I felt sooo much better and the shit on my dick was nearly all gone.
