What if we instituted a form of slavery again where people could breed slaves from licensed stock? No free people can be put into slavery unless they are a criminal. The people who were born into slavery would be genetically altered so as not to cause emotional distress. Create laws to regulate their treatment to avoid abuse.
What do you think? White sex slaves? Black farm hands? Asian house eunuchs?
On the downside slave owners tend to be greedy and shortsighted. They'll breed an army of unrepresented, resentful people who could turn on us and vote Muslims into office.
