i keed, i keed. A federal judge granted a search warrant, which has to be based on probable cause that evidence will be found in the course of the search, that the evidence will bear on a crime that has been committed, and that a grand jury subpoena failed to produce the evidence.

To get the search warrant to do this, there has to be probable cause for them to do it.
It seems like this person is equating probable cause to probable conviction, which is definitely not how it works. Conviction requires beyond a reasonable doubt which is a much higher standard than probable cause, which hovers around 50% chance.
