They are pondering whether the Memo is valid solely based on whether the autor is autistic. They are not analyzing the Memo objectively in order to validated it, like any sane person would do.

And they keep pushing this agenda that the Memo is an "idea" when it's in fact heavily based on scientific literature on the subject; did they even read the thing? Makes me wonder if they even have intelectual capability to go through the references in the Memo and critically analyze them (they're not even critcally anylyzing the memo, afterall).

I agree with you entirely, but at the same time I think it's certainly possible that Damore might be on the spectrum.

In one of his interviews (can't remember if it was the Molymeme one or the Jordan Peterson one) who says that he still doesn't understand the uproar over what happened. People are prone to emotional reactions to discussions about subjects they disagree with so it shouldn't have been that surprising.
