Last night I saw some breaking developments in the Seth Rich case courtesy of Matt Couch.
At the beginning he talks about how Shawn Lucas and Seth Rich were in communication on the dark web before both of their deaths.
The newer developments begin at about the 25 min mark of the video.
Here's what is new:
*It looks like Seth was at a private party in his honor in the 2 hour time gap where he was supposedly walking home from the bar.
*at a house owned by none other than Imran Awan of DWS fame
*with 12 people, all part of the DNC
*7 or 8 people left Seth at the party where they supposedly knew something bad was going to happen to him
*one of his friends tried to unsuccessfully help Seth
*he talked to his ex girlfriend Kelsey Mulka not for 43 minutes but more like 45 seconds saying to her "how could you have done this to me?"

TRUMP: "My first order as President was to renovate and modernize our nuclear arsenal. It is now far stronger and more powerful than ever before."

THE FACTS: Trump did order a new review of the U.S. nuclear posture, in an executive order in January. The order said the review should ensure America's nuclear deterrent is robust, ready and tailored to address 21st century threats.

But the review isn't complete. There have been no significant changes in America's nuclear power as a result.

While Obama pledged billions of dollars to modernizing the arsenal, the program is in its early stages.

It is aimed at all three elements of the nuclear triad: Air Force bombers and Navy submarines capable of launching nuclear bombs and land-based intercontinental ballistic missiles.

Today's force is largely the same as the one Trump inherited on Jan. 20. The primary difference is there are actually fewer ICBMs now after a planned reduction that was directed by Obama.

Trump also initially proposed a 2018 budget that would cut $340 million from missile defense programs intended to deter a potential strike by North Korea, Iran or other countries. Congress has been taking steps to safeguard some of that funding.

Kingston Reif, director of disarmament and threat reduction policy at the Arms Control Association, said that it’s true that Trump authorized a review of nuclear strategy and capability after taking office, but the review likely won’t be complete until the end of the year or even later.

“Nothing has changed in the capability or power of the nuclear arsenal since President Trump took the Oval Office,” he said.

The order, which was also not the first Trump signed, is also typical for most new presidents at the beginning of their terms, Reif said.

Any recent upgrades to the arsenal are the result of Obama-era initiatives that authorized $1 trillion in nuclear spending over the next 30 years. And even those plans, added Reif, “are still in their infancy.”

Furthermore, experts say it’s almost impossible that any initiative of the Trump Administration could already be having noticeable impact on the arsenal.

“These are things that take a lot of time,” said Ariane Tabatabai, a senior associate with the Proliferation Prevention Program at the Center for Strategic and International Studies. Nuclear initiatives require extensive approval and can be very costly and slow moving. “You don’t just initiate a modernization plan,” she said.

While Reif says that the United States currently possesses a nuclear arsenal that’s more than adequate for defense needs—boasting some 4,000 nuclear warheads, close to half of which are currently deployed at various bases—it’s also not true that the arsenal is “stronger and more powerful than ever before.” In fact, the arsenal has significantly shrunk since the height of the Cold War.
