What we need to do is take a decentralized approach to archiving. Make a browser addon that allows your client to receive requests from a central server to go to a certain webpage, save it, then upload back to said server.

To prevent tampering and ensure data integrity, computers signed up are selected at random to spider/archive certain sites, and some arbitrary number above 4 or 5 computers will be told to do the identical job; if its 5 computers getting the request, the server will only consider the job legitimate if 4 of the 5 or 5 of the 5 report back with the identical file/checksum.

And that's how you forever get around these blocks. You're raising the game to a level that will require them to do heavy traffic analysis to stop it.
