Basically a long time ago before we evolved and we all walked on 4 legs we, along with other primates, were attracted to womens bums because they were at our eye level
However, as time went on and we began to walk on 2 legs humans became the only creatures with the ability to bear awesome tits even whenever not pregnant so we started to like big boobs because it meant they could make healthy milk
If someone is more attracted to butts than they are tits you can reasonably come to the conclusion that they are less evolved and more closely related to chimps than humans
This explains why all of the great thinkers throughout history were all boob guys and not ass men
