NJ fag here. I was 10 and we were let out of school early. My mom picked me up and didn't really say anything. I had heard rumors about helicopters bombing the WTC from other kids but I knew something was wrong. In the car I listened to the radio and then it sank in. My dad worked up the block from the WTC. I had visited the twin towers like the year before so it was absolutely scary watching them collapse. We never heard from him until hours later that he was on his way home. The full workday later he came home covered in dust. He couldn't go inside so he had to undress in our backyard and toss his clothes in the garbage because they were contaminated.

I wanted to glass whoever was responsible for the attacks. I was young but it was the closest thing to a military attack if I ever saw it. The rest of the day was so surreal, I didn't know how to react.

Next year we had this moment of silence outside since each class would assemble in the recess yard before school. A plane flew over and some kid said, "We're gonna die!" Some of us kek'd.

I was walking home from school with my friends, totally none the wiser. We often walked home, it was nice in the warmer months. I keep trying to piece together why this Daniel Lewin was on the plane and it still makes no sense to me. He definitely didn't fly the plane himself and I'm pretty sure those planes were hijacked remotely, so why would he kill himself on the plane if he wasn't needed?

Is it possible that he learned about plans and wanted to use his training to stop the attack? Maybe he was a rogue good guy? Did the other planes also have Sayaret Matkal on them?

Explain this shit /pol/. Why is Daniel Lewin never mentioned here. His wife made a very unusual request days after 9/11 to VOICESTREAM, requesting a very long voicemail he left her on 9/09. A report was filed, on suspicion, because the voicemail was in Hebrew.

In the official FAA memo on 9/11, the report stated Lewin *had been shot to death* aboard AA Flight 11 before it hit the WTC.

I think it was about 2pm in the UK. I'd just taken delivery of a new Windows 2000 Professional PC. I connected it all up, switched it on, went through the setup screens, connected to the Internet (shitty dial up 56k R2D2 modem). First page MSN something about a fire in the World Trade Centre.
Put on the TV news just in time for the second load of sand people.

PC said I needed to upgrade to Internet Explorer 6. Did that.
Spent the rest of the day learning about dynamic disks and RAID. Very interesting!

Anything is possible. I still believe they swapped the planes and flew them remotely too. This theory is not contradictory to that I believe.
It is possible h did not die as he was not there. You are right though...it is weird for him to be there if there was no need at all.
Perhaps he was ther if something went wrong with the plans, he could PRETEND to be the hero who stopped it. Making it a win-win for Israel, or perhaps he was there in case they needed to switch to manual for whatever reason.

I learned of Lewin years after looking into Urban Moving Systems, the NJ company that employed the five Israelis arrested on 9/11, again, after they were witnessed celebrating and photographing AAF11 (Lewin's plane) hit the WTC.

These five Israelis (for newfags), Oded Ellner, Paul Kurzberg, Sivan Kurzberg, Omer Marmari, and Yaron Shmuel, we're detained in Manhattan and interrogated by FBI for 71 days before being flown back to Israel. The Kurzberg brothers dinged cross checks for Israeli intelligence (Mosaad). All five had served in the IDF (obviously that's mandatory in Israel). One had $4k in a sock, they had multiple passports and plane tickets out of the country. The owner of Urban Moving Systems, Dominik Suter, fled to Israel, abandoning the UMS offices in NJ after quickly selling his home. He was later sued by the state.

When these Israelis returned to Israel, three of them appeared on an Israeli talk show, speaking about the ordeal. What's odd, however, is that they made no mention of Daniel Lewin, who was aboard the plane they photographed. He was fellow IDF, well known in Israel after 9/11, and again, the first person on record to die in the attacks.

That seems like something they might want to mention, out of respect, in their home country. When we consider that Israelis were shadowing Muslim hijackers in Florida, on record, the addition of Daniel Lewin to the equation puts Israeli military intel in the sky that day, and on the ground, on 9/11 and months before.
