Is a North Korean attack on Guam 24 hours after making the threat truly possible and as likely as everyone seems to believe? This wouldn't be the first time they said "Kim will decide when" and never follow through.
And if they don't follow through, this threat still warranted a military response, going by Trump's "Fire and Fury" ultimatum, no?
