Join a right-wing party and learn as much as you can. Depending on your status and rank in the party you may be able to influence the higher ranking members to support some of your ideas. Many parties have factions within them and you will never find two people who agree on absolutely everything so infighting is going to be normal. If you show commitment, intelligence and strength then you should be able to rise up the ranks. No point starting your own party if you are not known, have no contacts, have no money, have no supporters. Better to join an established party and go from there.
