How many of you guys are prepared for the 2019 global financial crisis?

If the trend holds, we will see a very large depression around the completion of Saudi Arabia's Jedda Tower in 2019-2020.

Skyscrapers are bellwethers for the business cycle. The same market forces, brought about by low interest and inflation, cause both economic booms and over-investment in skyscrapers. By the time a record-breaking skyscraper is completed, the bubble is usually ready to pop at any time.

The original estimate for completion of Jeddah Tower was 2017, so in my own opinion it could happen at any time. Given that it's in Saudi-Arabia, this might first affect oil and the petrodollar. There may be war.
