Wouldn't Islam stop groups like Sojo Complex?

I find it funny how people group Asians together. How is an Indonesian Asian like a Japanese Asian. But an English Caucasian is not like an Arab Caucasian? Indonesia is Browner, shorter and isolated from Korea/Japan. In the same way Europeans are from Arabs. But still Asians are seen as one people.
