There's an argument circulating on Feminist Twitter, claiming that Google had to fire Damore because otherwise they would be exposing themselves to hundreds of feminazis claiming "hostile working environment."

If they're right, it means that this is the best time to push the outrage into some real political change. Call your congressman and complain about the Civil Rights Act Title VII. Say that it's overly broad and means that employers have to stifle what should be free workplace speech. Ask them to push the burden of proof onto the employee, prevent class action discrimination suits, and impose damage caps.
