Well, I think it's partially because what he wrote essentially reads as an executive summary of Peterson's lectures on these kinds of things. I don't think he has much to add there. It's almost like he's being examined by his teacher.

The other reason is that people like this, you know the introverted and kind of deliberate type, they're not the kind of people who shine in interview situations. They need to be evaluated on their work when left alone to do what they do best. It's sort of a bias that extroverted people have against introverted people, I guess, that introverts are sometimes perceived by extroverts as being kind of obtuse and dull.

When a company knows what they're looking for in terms of skills, you're not going to get the job by being a slick bullshitter in an interview unless they rely on an HR retard for hiring. You need to have the skills they look for. This guy would come off as nerdy, quiet, and somewhat awkward but overall pleasant in an interview, and that's all he needs to be because he has the skills they want. He'd have to be hostile or creepy in the interview to get crossed out.

This. Spatial intelligence(the kind needed for engineering) is almost a completely separate form of intelligence. You can have a very high spatial IQ and be pretty much a dumbass about everything else.
Normally, high cognitive ability in some area correlates with a high general intelligence. Often times with engineers this is not the case.
This is the case of the archetypal "nerd". Someone who has a high aptitude in math/engineering and barely has the ability to dress themselves. These people are not good leaders. They are not good decision makers. You should not give them power because they will certainly abuse it without knowing or understanding why.
These also make up a majority of those divorce cases where the wife walks away with everything. For a gold digger they are prime targets with the mentalities of little babies.

about the interview, this kid shouldn't have gone public. He's clearly /ourguy/, but like most of us he's a fucking autist who can't articulate himself in public. He's doing ok, but his paper stands better by himself then with the author appearing to be a scrawny nerdy looking jew. Jordan peterosn at least is doing a much better job than molymeme, asking him some follow up questions and stuff.
