hi /pol/,
after watching some christian-libertarian videos, i decided to stop masturbating and watching porn, at least with the intent of masturbating. Its been 3 months since, and just now that I am having trouble to control myself.
I can say that I enjoyed lots of positive effects from my abstinence so I naturally want to continue with it, so...
to those of you who chose this path, what you do stop you from masturbating and watching porn?

I don't watch porn but I fap. It's much easier than not fapping desu. And you don't feel like fapping as often if you don't watch porn.
