So I just voted today against a county sales tax that would build a new jail. I had to go to a Pentecostal church to cast my vote. I'd like to hear some opinions on churches being used as polling places.

Oh poor baby, were you triggered? Did you have to shower afterwards to get that church smell off of you?

Would it make you feel better if it was held at a Starbucks or some other leftist safe space?

I mean, it's a small town. City hall would suffice. But why a church?

Maybe because they volunteered the space. Maybe because churches have to be non-partisan by law.
Really, what's your problem with it? Does being too near a cross or a bible make you itch or something? Seek help.

It's recognized as a non political middle ground. City hall's are implicitly political. You know how they ask that when you come to your polling place to not wear any political merchandise. And back when the US was still moral no one would dare act up in a church.
