China seems to have shifted to more free market policies economically, but they are still a one party state run by the communist party and are very authoritarian. They are nationalist and expansionist. They stress military.

Are they the only fascist country on earth currently?

Definition I am using

Japan has cooler culture and government than China, but does china have the same amount of coolness in terms of population ratios? china is 1.6 billion ppl Japan is 126 million. is there 126 million worth of Japan's coolness in china?
