There's not really an excuse for it. It's unprofessional and discriminatory. You can't fire someone for their religious views, but you can fire them for any other crackpot beliefs they might have? What about that whole thing with Muslims and Christians where they think buttfucking's a sin?

America's employment culture fucking sucks. It sucks that if you're a male with a blank year, employers will do everything in their power to turn it into a blank decade. It sucks that you go in for the interview and they can't even take the time to give you a reason for "why" they can't give you the job. It sucks that DA FREE MARKET herded everyone into the fucking city and now they're supposed to grovel and beg for the ability to work and sustain themselves.
And it REALLY fucking sucks that you're compelled to refrain from saying absolutely anything about gross ass sodomites, niggers, and basket cases AT ANY FUCKING POINT IN YOUR LIFE.

Bannon wants to create a law that makes it so you can't be fired for your political beliefs, so long as they are not related to things like terrorism or militia movements. So if you are doxxed as a white nationalist or a communist, you can't be fired. The only exception for this would be jobs explicitly related to politics, where if you were a communist working in the GOP offices, you could still get fired.
