If feminists really believe that there's a secret cabal of misogynists in every major organisation who are keeping women out of top positions and lucrative male dominated jobs, why don't they just create their own businesses and corporations and hire predominantly women? This is what every disenfranchised ethnic group has done in America throughout the ages and it has been effective in improving the socioeconomic status of these communities. This would be a better solution to all the SJW crap since they would be creating jobs for their fellow empowered sisters instead of taking places from men who are better qualified.

Also, you're assuming these women are rational and are looking for solutions. They know that they'll never beat men when it comes to wealth creation or running successful companies , so they force companies to give women preferential treatment. It's also why they're so drawn towards socialism and big government since they can only gain power by enslaving productive male tax payers. This is why giving them so much political power is always detrimental to a nation since they behave like parasites, a d they don't even feel gratitude towards their host.
