Everyone should look up the Ernst Zundel trials in Canada that happened during the 80s & 90s. He got the Red Cross to release their records from the German camps despite strong Israeli/Jewish objections. Their records suggested that there were no gas chambers and a total of 271,301 died during WW2 in these camps, mostly from typhus and starvation b/c of Allied bombing. It's probably not an exact figure, but it's a lot more accurate than the "6 million" or that they were all "gassed".

By the way Ernst Zundel died a few days ago, so it's a perfect opportunity for anyone to check out his work. The guy had a hard life and dedicated most of it for it.

The numbers for Auschwitz alone are all over the place - 50,000 <-> 4,000,000. I would say that the Red Cross numbers are the most accurate, but you can probably double those figures when you start loosening the definition of the 'Holocaust'. Zero Jews were gassed.

The last time that I looked into this, I was able to find several prominent Jews pushing the eleven million narrative. The word "Holocaust" was used dozens of times in publications before the actual claimed "event". It's part of a Jewish prophecy where 6 million Jews have to vanish in a "Holocaust" before going back to Israel, which is why Israel became independent in 1948 after the war. What would you consider a "reliable source?" If you're looking for an NSDAP press release, you're probably not going to find one. Would Yad Vashem be reliable for the Jewish death toll? They cite two recent studies, with ranges of 5.59 - 5.86 and 5.29 to 6 million. They also cite earlier research that ranged from 5.1 to 5.95 million. They have identified 4.2 million victims, which would be the absolute lower limit since some people would die without being memorialized in documentation or testimony. I'm comfortable with six as an approximation, but I wouldn't argue with someone who said five and a half.

Auschwitz I before war, was polish military's barracks. It wasn't destroyed durning WW2 ( know for sure, becouse my grandparents were living nearby, and yes they stole bricks and shieet after the war from Auschwitz II ( birkenau) )
