It's not just diversity laws. Our culture (which is created by our leftist educational system) demands diversity at companies or they'll "boycott,etc"

When I talk to people about affirmative action (even smart people) they assume it's necessary because Google/JP Morgan/Starbucks, etc are evil bad guy companies and that blacks are heroic good guys, and AA is necessary to get heroic blacks hired at these companies. They literally barely understand what affirmative action is.

They get their notions on this issue from academia/media which is run by (((leftists)))
