i hate having "friends" who try to talk to me about politics. they think they know it all. i have to keep them though because without these few people i'd be lonely af so bear with me
>"haha, how stupid is trump, right anon?"
>haha yeah sure
>"look what that IDIOT said on twitter- ugh, impeachment when??"
>yeah i know right
>"le based john oliver!!!"
>yeah... he's funny, haha
how the fuck do i tell these people i disagree with this shit without losing them as friends? is it even possible? i know it's my fault too for having normalfag friends but bear with me, i don't want to be lonely forever. anyone else have this problem?

If they were really your friends then they shouldn't get ass blasted about your views and if they do then fuck em why have friends who get ass blasted about your opinons, or just make friends with people who share similar views as you.

Every ideology has wedges of discord, you just have to learn enough of their 'culture' to spot and apply them.
- Islam vs women's rights.
- Freedom of expression vs suppression of forbidden ideas.
- Ask them to make predictions or analysis as to what is going to happen. Gamble against those predictions. Forces them to put their mind where their mouth is.
Good pic choice btw

Asking questions like,
"so, is Trump stupid or evil? Because one sorta cancels the other out.
Is his success based on luck or skill (or is he just a secret time-traveller)?
Don't push them or force an argument, just get them thinking in general. They are tuned toward reactionary slogans and ideas and likely have not critically analyzed any of these beliefs themselves.
