Holy Jesus you have no idea. Imagine living inside of this insane nightmare. I travel for work, and the drivers in the south to the South east are terrible drivers. They are selfish and/or ignorant of other vehicles. As you get farther north and west, it eases up. Heading up toward Williamsport is enjoyable and very safe. For months I drove sundays to williamsport from Harrisburg, and it was amazing. Very enjoyable. Drivers are much less aggressive. People actually get out of your way.

Always avoid PA plates on cars. If they are dented or ruined in any way, get far away. We have very very poor drivers.

This area has had a ton of Mexicans for a long time now. The Italians own the farms, the beaners are the workhorses. Kennett High was literally 33% Mexican when I was there. I don't have a problem with them for the most part because they don't come with a lot of crime and the legal ones are good for the economy.
