Close but not exactly, forgive me, because here comes the full on DEFCON 1 autism level explanation... Skyking isn't a codeword .. It's a group callsign that any SIOP unit can use. SIOP is Single Integrated Operation Plan.. Aka, any unit in the club responsible for nuking shit. They're ALL skyking... The messages, being coded, with authenticators in the code, are self authenticating.. Meaning there's no need for the recipient to get on and be like "hey what's the password" to simplify it greatly. "Do not answer" , is reminding the units receiving the message to NOT reply, as their locations are generally extremely secret, and even answering a message for a split second could give them away, it's a reminder to maintain radio silence. All skyking messages are EAM.. Emergency traffic. They take precedence over everything else... If someone else was already transmitting and a skyking started, the other person has to shut up... Standard is 2 skykings... Skyking skyking do not answer.. they can indicate importance/severity by how many skykings they use. SKYKING SKYKING SKYKING do not answer... Is not good 4x skyking is basically start to panic time... If you hear the callsign MAINSAIL.. That's another group one.. It can be used by ANY ground unit, transmitting to non ground units... A lot of times they all use it just to keep confusion as to who's who.. Sometimes the ground stations will simply identify using the callsign of who they actually are... They're ground stations, usually military bases or Headquarters, The bad guys already know they're there. Not super necessary to hide them.. ANDREWS is Andrews AFB OFFUTT is Offutt AFB which is where STRATCOM is located... STRATCOM is the big giant command bunker where the actual decision to, and coordination of the nuking is actually done.. Norad at Cheyenne mountain doesn't do that any more, they're just mainly tracking shit. STRATCOM is where the magic would happen.
