idk why you're being sarcastic, i've thought about this way more than you have and thats pretty much the case. the population explosion is caused by free food being given to populations that should normally starve to death. they aren't completely blameless because a lot of countries in africa had solid infrastructure from post colonialism, and just never took care of it. regardless of whether or not they "depend" on the west for basic things, the lack of infrastructure makes it impossible to even compete if they wanted to. some african farmer making some mediocre crop yield isn't going to compare to some american farmer with government subsidies and a john deere fleet.

if you want to "fix" africa, and by fix i mean exploit the resources and actually see a return on your investment, you need to install a legitimate black ruling class in whatever country you're occupying. IQs will improve drastically as long as the people that are already hopeless die off, and the new children being born actually have proper nutrition in the first few years of their life, and could potentially be even higher with positive eugenics. you guys already want factories where people get sterilized en masse, might as well make it a little bit more ethical and scramble those eggs around with some white intelligence and remove the warrior gene. the only reason why this didn't happen is because white people are cowardly and didn't finish the job that they started
