That analogy would only work if niggers had anything to steal in the first place. When the white man arrived the blacks didn't even have the wheel, metallurgy, plumbing, or any sort of infrastructure to speak of. Not even capitol cities for their tribal leaders beyond a collection of mud huts.
In one of the most resource rich places on the planet the negro failed to evolve past the basic makings of the stone age. Some of the largest deposits of wood, iron ore, gold, and the only places on the planet capable of yielding up to four full crop cycles per year (even with modern tech few places get more then one) and the black man failed to do anything useful or meaningful with themselves or the land on which they lived upon.
