After PSNI removed some pallets for an illegal dissident bonfire for 'political prisoners' local 'youths' smashed their own families cars up so as they could claim insurance on them & get shiney new cars.
Disorder is ongoing & PSNI are apparently unwilling to confront the situation in fear of making it worse. Currently the PSNI are blocking access to markets area and using their armoured land rovers in blocking tactics.

the loyalists have been incredibly well behaved the past couple of years apart from trying to kill themselves
reports of petrol bombs being thrown. This would mark an escalation & indicate that there is a probability of trouble spreading to other aras of the city.
