Why do people believe that /pol/ has a definite opinion?

Sure, a lot of people here are racists, others are "mysoginists" or MRAs if you want to call them that, there are some literal neonazis, lots of rightwingers and christians
But why does everyone talks like the intersection of all those is the majority?
And why do people talk like all these go hand in hand? There are lots of people here who are racist but also atheist communists (hell, we have a nazbol flag)

There are lots of people (leaving shitposting and baiting apart) who hold liberal beliefs and argue to defend them
Of course there's a higher concentration of "X-phobes" or whatever here, because you can't hold those beliefs in most places and not get b&, but there's a fuckton of other people too

There are feminists, jews, a SHITTON of brown people, atheists, communists
All this "hurr durr, /pol/ is one person, /pol/ is a christian board", is simply not true
It's just that whenever someone calls out some fake infographic about "the cock carrousel" it gets twenty replies because people can't help themselves. But it's very common to see people who think that half of the things passed around here are fake.

They are not shills, they are not reddit, they are not any kind of "outsiders". There are lots of people on /pol/ that believe that climate change is real, or that God doesn't exist, or that unironically supports the CIA's work as in line with national interests.

I feel that /pol/ is given this ambiguos white christian nazi (an image more solidified to outsiders who only hear second hand from us) just because it's the kind of thing that you don't find anywhere else, so it stands out

I'm not pulling a "lol pol is multicultu" just to kid
It's logical: At the very least a third of /pol/ is non-white. The fact that you don't get so much people loudly talking against nazism, doesn't mean /pol/ is a nazi board
This place is full of people who don't believe the conspiracy theories /pol/ is famous for either

On the internet, the loud stand out as if they were a majority, but it's simple:
If you aren't angry, you don't care to comment

In a lot of "/pol/ outrage" threads about some shitty blog, a lot of people don't give a fuck and pass by it.
Doesn't mean that they don't eyeroll and think the other posters are making retarded critiques. We just don't care enough to comment.

That' why after I realised the 911 explosives thing was bullshit, I never went into arguing against it... I just didn't care any more and would let people who like me believed the conspiracy, to believe whatever they want

Nobody cares. Fuck off spic.
>>
i think most of /pol/ is for smaller government and a freer market.

they also like nationalism and dislike jews, hence the nazi thing

i think for the most part pol falls in between traditional conservative and libertarian
>>
>>136459959
/pol/ is a national socialist board.

Also, sage.
