Venezuela is in shambles because the government took over the economy and made a bet with the nation's wealth which resulted in 95% of their exports being oil. When prices went down it blew up in their faces. Shortages are a result of inflation (which was intensified due to bill printing) and price fixing (preventing non state farmers from being able to stay afloat through food production). Both Maduro policies.
Want to know why the military loves him so much? Because he put them in charge of food supplies and now the armed forces are running their own black market. As a result 3/4 of the population lost 7+kg over the last year while the military is presiding over food supplies.
Dumb first world communists should do the world a favor and kill themselves. If only the CIA was as competent as you autistic retarded spergs think they are.
