I didn't know what this was so I looked it up. A Google senior software engineer wrote an anti-diversity manifesto that's going viral and, predictably, the "tolerant left" is freaking out and screaming for him to be fired. (It's worth noting that these detractors aren't asking even the most basic question relevant to firing him: is he a good engineer? If you're surprised by this, use it as your first clue as to the true intentions of feminists and SJWs in STEM, which I'll expand upon below.)

From what I can tell, the content of this manifesto is only controversial if you haven't yet accepted basic truths about men and women that used to be common knowledge, but which have been made taboo by cultural Marxists and decades of feminist indoctrination. Men and women have different strengths, and observing a gendered discrepancy in outcome isn't necessarily indicative of an external force preventing one group from attaining something. I'd think most Internet users that have purposefully set out to pop their filter bubble will find this redpill no more intimidating than a chewable baby Aspirin.

Beyond the author's elementary social analysis, he makes another naive blunder: he bends over backwards to cede ground to SJWs.
