"To each according to his contribution" is a principle of distribution considered to be one of the defining features of socialism.

The principle has its roots in the way that capitalism manages its affairs. That is, each is rewarded according to how much he produces. Remuneration increases as the amount of labor contributed increases. However within capitalism, the means of production are owned by a small minority who do not produce, but rather live off the labor of others. Socialism is said to remedy this by putting the means of production in common hands and rewarding individuals according to their contributions.

Communism has been tried and it has failed. You only need two names to show you why: Joseph Stalin and Mao Zedong.

Both were evil tyrants who killed millions because they were forcing people to work for communism because communism doesn't work for people. Together, both of these villains and this evil ideology killed 100 million people that we know of in the 21st century, and thats not even including the other instances of communism that occurred during that time with other notable figures such as Fidel Castro, Kim Il-sung (and his son + grandson), Che Guevara, and Ho Chi Minh who have killed, raped, murdered, and destroyed anything that did not fit their violent ideology.

Communism is a blight upon humanity and the fact that there are people who call themselves human beings that actually believe in this load of bullshit should all be rounded up and sent to places in the world run under Communism or Socialized countries whose intentions are to become Communist. They would not survive. Most would be murdered for being middle class suburban children who think they standing for something. In fact they would be the first to be lead into a dark room, bags over their heads, and then shot. This is how Communism works. This is Communism. You people need to get it through your ignorant heads that it does not work.

Capitalism isn't perfect, but as a system that works better and actually does have people in mind. If you have all this time devoted to thinking on Communism, how about spending it building something better that doesn't require you to rape and murder people in the streets for not adopting a sick and fundamentally flawed ideology such as Communism. How about making an ideology that works WITH people and not AGAINST them or maybe figure out a way to make Capitalism better? In either case, it doesn't matter what you do, stop promoting Communism. It is doomed to fail.
