You're now a senator, what piece of legislation do you propose? Here's mine:

>Introduce a "Baby license"
Children are (reversibly) sterilized at puberty. Once you reach 21 you can apply for the Baby license which is tested on a few things such as:

>Race.
As to maintain current levels of racial distribution because more or less of one race would be 'racist' ;)

>Wealth.
Because the state shouldnt have to pay for your kids.

>Longevity of relationship.
The state is tired of single-parent children contributing to crime statistics. There will be a large fine for both parties to get divorced and the child of this relationship will be executed, any unborn children will be terminated.

>Genetic illness
Until we can play god reliably, ending the ability for people to perpetuate serious illness (physical and mental), will be for everyone's benefit.

Orphanages for legitimate orphans will turn into military factories to create super-soldiers to defend the eugenic state.

Migrants will have to apply for the Baby License to bring in children under 16. Single-parent migrants will not be allowed at all.
