They look white enough to me. On average gypsies have very low average IQs. So it wouldn't be a smart move necessarily. (they are also not very genetically European even though they have lived in Europe for awhile).

I am around 2-3 shades darker than this but I consider myself a white american because im not a black. The low iq thing is a myth, gypies in Europe are persecuted against, and schooling is not always provided. My family came to Hungary from Bulgaria in 89, and we've been in europe for ages. We are Europeans.

I believe we gypsies wouldn't be forced to steal if we weren't persecuted against most Europeans. My father tried to get a job for 25 years and no one would hire gypsies in Bulgaria, Germany or Hungary

Because of how they, Euro gypos, behave. Sending kids to school would be a start. Not begging constantly using kids as an emotional tool would also help, or not constantly scamming tourists, or stealing copper off the railroad networks.

I'm going to be honest, as I am proud of my achievements, and where I came from. Me and my brothers did beg almost daily wherever we camped out, and I have stolen, yes. But this was only under the influence of my uncle who also molested me and my siblings, and whenever we stole, we had to give it to him.

Only after 3 years of being put in programs in Germany did I realize this was a bad thing. How could I possibly have any say in the matter?
Our family was constantly asking if we could do any kind of job for money, but people don't trust gypsies, worse, they hate us.

for reference, this is very close to my color of skin. I have not done DNA test yet, but I am definitely romani gypsy.

That seems to be the case for most gypsies. At least you broke the cycle. Very few do. Good on you. I still wouldn't trust a gypsy though.
