Climate change is real, but the economic impact of attempting to prevent it would be far more damaging than simply adjusting to the changes it will bring.

Nuclear is the only way to sustain our current energy demand without damaging our atmosphere.
Perhaps once an efficient and safe disposal system could be developed liberals will stop screaming "much waste".
Also thorium is a meme and a shit fuel for fission reaction and the molten salt design is very very solid but cost boatload of money and since nuclear industry in the US is (mostly) private.
