Pfizer has already been fined way more than 90 million because of recorded convos of the higher ups pushing doctors to prescribe inordinate amounts for offlabel purposes to patients who dont need a neuropathy/anti-epielpsy drug (gabapentin). I think the pic you posted is referring to Lyrica (same thing as gabapentin just twice as strong and faster onset of effects really). It is pretty absurd how much kore expensive lyrics is.
But yeah, $90 million is a drop in he bucket for these guys. By the way Shrkeli wishes he was even 5% of what Pfizer is
