Senate staffer bro here for a well-placed Republican Senator. Boss just finished a conference call which outlined current strategies to refrom the current administration; including milestone dates on some powerful actions taken by the party to protect itself.

1. Mueller has evidence that the Trump family's finances are intertwined with several Russian banks, but no direct contact between 45 and any Russian agents yet. He's pushing to get Sessions to flip as of right now.

2. The GOP leadership is pushing Mueller to stop outright from directly linking if 45 decides to only seek a 4 year term with Pence/Cornyn leading the 2020 ticket.

3. Pence is aligned with this effort and has been working with Kelly to segment both Bannon and the Trump progeny away from actual policy. The Senate is working with several members of the House to do the same with Ryan's help to isolate the 45 hardliners. There's a large chunk of the party very opposed to isolating 45 so that will be a major challenge.

4. The transgender tweets have completely polarized the joint chiefs against 45 - not on content but method of delivery. They know that the policy was 100% Bannon - who has no fans in the military leadership. They're also extremely disturbed by the lack of guidance of Afghanistan, Syria, and the Russian aggression in the European theater. They already have begun to isolate orders from 45.

tl;dr - President Trump is basically out as of this vacation, with the Senate and Pence quietly taking over with Kelly's help. Expect several House members to buck at this.

Update: 45 knows this is happening and both Pence and Kelly are in on this. Pence will continue to deny but expect Trump to issue some bitchy tweets.

However you do this, whether by shills, the Media, PR, or whatever, I would make sure that Republican base is aware of this. Because right now, they wouldn't be.

People will oppose your coup because they believe it will be a return to Jeb! and Globalist Republicans. I wouldn't put it past some people Republicans who would willingly become violent if it meant a return to Globalist Republicans. Bannon will also be aware of this, and will make sure to convince the Republican Base that you the opposition is trying to put in Globalists back in power.

I would bet on Trump and Bannon over the Republican Establishment, to be frank, especially because of the undemocratic nature of this coup and the high popularity Trump has over the base. But if I were you, I would calmly and cooly make sure that Republicans get the idea that they stand with what the Base wants. Because it isn't obvious, at all. And that's going to take your party down.
>>
>>136394635
I know someone with direct connections to all of this and can confirm the gist of this post. They are seeking to either remove Trump or completely neuter his ability to hinder their agenda. Brennan has largely defeated Trump and he will be impotent or removed if he doesn't move fast. He needs to go directly to the public, demand mass, peaceful resistance, form a coalition of loyalists and start purging. Otherwise the swamp will drain Trump. Hell, it pretty much has.
>>
Pence takeover with good Christian values won't work now as well as 2020. The Christians have been exposed for far too long. Clinging to Trump is a last ditch effort that is blowing up in their face. And no, they can't separate themselves from him, they are tied to his campaign forever.

This is whats wrong here dude.

The lie has gotten so big and you haven't kept track of the narrative that this whole thing falls apart.

Nothing you say means anything anymore when the fact is you have no knowledge about anything that's going on internally.

You do understand when you pile lies on top of lies the narrative crumbles? That's why in times of chaos only the truth survives.

Rumor is Bannon leaked it to the NYT when finding out. 45 knows he's done. Pence and Kelly will run the executive branch until 2020 and Cornyn will come in to run it with them after.

The DNC will bitch but what can they do? Trump gets to still tweet and go to his rallies, but he's done.

Now the Senate gets to actually get work done instead of having to worry about whatever Trump's scattered mind goes for. It infuriates my boss and his colleagues, and it frustrates us on the staff.

We're tired of the secrecy bullshit that is D.C./Government. We know the corrupt shit they are up to. You are just a staffer after all, so you hear things.....we get it. But I promise you that if you do not relay this to them, then you are one of the enemy that we will hunt down and destroy. The GOP and DNC are enemies of the Constitution. We will prevail if the GOP tries to make our president obsolete.
>>
>>136398936
Honestly, an agenda is more important than any man. For most voters, people believe that the Republicans ought to be the party that stops the Neoliberal/Globalist suicide pact for America. Trying to get rid of Trump will look like a return to that suicide pact.

Take a look at this map. for instance. Just under half of the Republican base is 'economically left, socially right' in states that broke the Blue Firewall like PA, WI, MI. These voters defected to Trump because Trump promised that the US wouldn't end up like Canada or Sweden.

Making sure that people are aware that the agenda is remaining the same, and that nothing is changing, is what will allow people to support a change in leadership. Trump brought in the economically left, socially right, voters. Now the GOP will see if they can keep them. Because without them, Liberals will outvote the conseratives everytime.

Then again, the best strategy, if it isn't obvious, is to keep Trump in office but without power. However that can be done, ought to be done.

Trump was literally a battering ram for disaffected intellectuals and rural workers. As a candidate, he was weak. But his base was unusually strong. They overpowered the media, the deep state, the Democrats, the Globalists, and the Republicans to get Trump into office. As long as the policies align with the base, Trump is powerless, because he himself is propelled by powerful forces from the grassroots, rather than being a particularily effective leader.

As long as Trump's agenda is implemented, the base will not care enough to protect Trump from himself. Which is why Bannon's objective, if 'bradysknee' is paying attention, is to convince the base that the Republican establishment is globalist and that this soft coup is trying to rob the power from the base. If Bannon can pull it off, he wins, if he can't, Trump is too weak to be effective and it's over.

People laugh at me when I state it like this, but as long as 4chan is still getting what it wants, the base won't be invested in saving Trump from himself.

These LARP threads don't go anywhere, and even if you aren an "insider" there is no reason to believe you have information that is either full or accurate. In other words, someone else was claiming to be an "insider" and asserted that Mueller was using "Russian interference" as a smokescreen to build a case against the previous administration. That seems far fetched, but that's the quality of what we see here on /pol/. Critically speaking, your point #4 doesn't seem to hold any water, and it discredits your more plausible points concerning the Vice POTUS and GOP elite who nobody else trusts anyway. The bottom line is people voted for an agenda, not a man, and if the people see their agenda yanked out from under them by a corrupt establishment, the US government will be delegitimized in the eyes of the people, no matter which side of the aisle they sit.

I agree with this.

I'm not seeing any evidence Trump is an effective leader. It seems like he doesn't cooperate well with people. Throughout the campaign he was either doing exactly what he was told to do, teleprompter and all, or leaving his people in the dust and doing whatever the fuck he wanted.
He's still doing the same here and it bothers me.

The reason I voted for him is I thought he would bring in people he knows from the private world who would be more effective than some government goon, but he's made working for his administration look EXTREMELY horrible.

The other reason is his shitposting.

But if I can have his policies done and more then I don't give a shit about him.

Rhinos want mass immigration and widespread shipping of jobs overseas. Any objection to Obamacare has been proven to be an act. These Rhinos are dems in disguise.

There's a problem. They've taken Trump's win as a showing of party strength. They think they can repeal Trump and replace him with whatever Rhinobot feels the most lucky. But there are problems: They haven't taken into account that it was us that shut down the phone lines at the RNC or put the fear of God in the Cuck King, Paul Ryan, after we learned he was hiding away Ryan/Romney signs and waiting for his moment to slither out of the shadows. It was us that appeared at Trump rallies by the tens of thousands to support the anti-establishment candidate. How soon they forget that all this power isn't theirs to weild. They've bought into their own rhetoric about stupid, uneducated, uninformed Trump voters. They've blocked out that it was the country banding together to stop the moronic dem/progressive policies that have been shoved down our throats for years and not some push to put them in power.

They're going to learn. One way or another this country isn't theirs for the taking. I hope they get smarter.

>Rhinos want mass immigration and widespread shipping of jobs overseas. Any objection to Obamacare has been proven to be an act. These Rhinos are dems in disguise.

What would happen if Trump is ousted and a Globalist Republican is put in charge would be a repeat of the 2016 primary election, except the difference is that the establishment won't be so lucky with an incompetent candidate like Trump. The 2020 primaries could literally invite a Hitler-tier leader where the Base radicalizes even further to appoint a leader who isn't HALF as benevolent as Trump is. It would be a disaster to try and play as a Rhino.

>inb4 we'll suicide him.
>inb4 we'll ignore him.

This fucker is going to be insanely aggressive, probably military, and willing to do serious damage to Republic for his aim.

Nevertheless, if the GOP does manage to stop the 2020 usurper, then I'm afraid that this will be the decisive end of the dominance of the Republican Party. The base will abandon the GOP and the establishment will function at Romney-tier levels of success. The opinion leaders will leave, then the money will dry up, and then the seats will be lost. Effectively, the RNC would become what the DNC is today.

Keep in mind that this base is so utterly motivated and powerful, it actually outperformed Romney among Hispanics. That's how far reaching this population is. It's opinion leader powers are off the charts.

So for the GOP, its better to control the Base by giving it what it wants then let the Base get out of control and into the arms of another Demagogue.

It's only a matter of time before the Socialists take full control of the Democratic party from the Globalist classes. This is because Globalists, despite being 'progressive,' have an extremely low view of black and brown people. They believe they can trick the masses by utilizing a bait-and-switch strategy where they use Identity politics to get lower class voters to vote in pro-capitalist policies. As Lincoln aptly pointed out, deception isn't a viable long term strategy in politics, because even stupid people aren't completely dumb.

A Socialist-led Democratic Party is about as weak as a Rhino-led Republican Party, and IDK who would win. The former would have more opinion leaders and favorable demographics, while the latter would have access to all that Globalist Capital. My gut tells me the Socialists will still come out on top, on a generic ballot.

So I agree with you. The US would be led by a Socialist Party and, if foreign war hasn't destroyed the United States, then Venezuela-tier policies will instead. Trump isn't even an order of magnitude bad as a potentially Socialist candidate would be for this nation. The reserve currency would collapse under the strain of entitlement spending, and we'd effectively stop being a Superpower.

So yes.

There are people who track every single person associated with an astroturfing democratic pac and that they will wear that scarlet letter for the rest of their life.

I would leak and repent your strategies to get the head of the curve. Enjoy your welfare salary in DC, shill.

people voted for an agenda, not a man, and if >the people see their agenda yanked out from under them by a corrupt establishment, the US government will be delegitimized in the eyes of the people, no matter which side of the aisle they sit.

And the consequences for ignoring the agenda will be catastrophic, a literal civil war of break up of the union within 1-20 years.

I'll use business speak as an example to explain the point. But before I continue, I want to state that Trump Supporters are far greater than the man himself.

Trump neither has Personal Humility nor Professional Will. He is narcissistic in nature, which means he struggles to take accountability for his actions and takes only credit for himself. Nor does he have professional will, in that he isn't capable of implementing a vision on an organization. What he is successful at, and does well, is self-promotion, which is how he promoted himself into the presidency.

If Trump was a businessmen, he could've made more money putting his wealth in index funds than doing his entire real estate empire.

That doesn't mean Obama was a level 5 leader either. In fact, neither Clinton nor Obama nor Sanders are level 5 leaders. Rather, from a purely business sense, Trump is a talented promoter who works best behind a camera selling something rather than actually getting involved in building something.

There are other measures of leadership, so it varies between how you define leaders. Honestly, Trump was more of a weapon than a candidate, to protect us from insane Globalism, which he accomplished that task.

I think you're full of it. You're judging a personality that is very much made for show in a climate where perceptions are nearly always twisted by different sources.

Your insight amounts to nothing, But don't take it too hard. It's hard not to feel a sense of clairvoyance when adopting a system of thinking like whatever this leadership model is.

Let the game play out and you can retroactively analyze.

If you read my posts, you'd notice I wrote this to the Insider/LARPer.

So I'm still betting on Trump surviving this, if things remain as they are.

I'm aware of your position; I just believe it's foolish to attempt to distill Trump's ability based on public perceptions. It's equivalent to me using the Meyer's-Briggs and gauging Trump off that.
Perhaps I'm too hostile though; this place hardens you if you're not careful.

In the end, we don't have a clear picture of what Trump's actual hands on ability looks like. We only see the end product and a lot of lies.

Generally speaking I'm glad Brannon's in there. Having someone who's verybidealogically rigid is reassuring and it is my hope that he's a long term enough thinker to ensure Reform is long lived.
