That would literally be a World War. Vietnam, SK, Japan and Taiwan don't have force projection power. NATO definitely wouldn't be involved. At most the US would provide limited support for India. I dont know why you think NK would become involved.

Japan+Taiwan are dependent on the US for military support, they dont have the capacity to project power. Vietnam doesnt have a credible navy and it's army would be at huge disadvantage outside of the jungle.
