RAISE = RACE?

It's actually the opposite of racist
The current system is racist and completely inept because it's largely "random"
Only 1 out of every 15 people are immigrants coming here with skills to be gainfully employed. That's roughly 95% who come here and immediately enter into the welfare system
Any system where 95% of people immedaitely enter public assistance is broken beyond repair

The RAISE act is a common sense practical plan that uses points based system to bring in high achievers as needed like in other westernized democracies

1) They've been trained to call everything they don't like as racist
2) They've been told to call it racist and they're following a herd mentality.
