Yes.
China is too Chinese and needs better representation of whites.
Israel is too Jewish and needs more representation of blacks.
Africa is too black and needs more representation of whites.
Mexico is too Mexican and needs more representation of whites.
India has too many Indians and needs more representation of whites.
Japan should be left alone, though.
