What do we do with neocons?

I am a part of a very large group of conservatives but I believe the large majority of them are glorified libertarians.
To confirm my suspicions I gave them a link to the political spectrum test and a large majority of them got back to me with results lying in libertarian right, some of them even got libertarian left or in the very center.
Not only that but they seem to have a very loose understanding of politics. They often group fascism in with socialism and communism. These people are almost as uninformed as lefties.
My question is what do we do with people like this? They seem to make up a massive portion of conservatives but they fight for values that go against their own best interests. The worst part is that we NEED them because people who think like the majority on /pol/ are a minority, and we stand no chance of reclaiming Western civilization without them.
Do we attempt to red pill them? Or do we elect leaders who align politically with us and mislead these people?
