If she doesn't feel like the gender she was born into according to society, then she shouldn't have to identify with it. A girl with a penis is still a girl, and probably more feminine than most other girls will ever be because for them it's an active choice to be a female. It's the same way for FtM, as they often become more masculine than "biological males" even though they're men with vaginas.

But all I think about it isn't really relevant. It's their body and self-expression. It should be celebrated, and not looked down upon.
