Each of these categories has exactly the same order.
Data does that extremly rarely. Also, what does average here mean? Median? Mean? Was there any sample or is it literally just Source = my ass? CLAIMED is a big buzzword on stats.
Also, how is all of this shit even quantified? Aggressiveness? How do you measure that? You can say "We measured X which is correlated to aggressive behaviour." But you can not say "Highly aggressive on claimed average".
Moreover, elaborating each of the sections is likely multiple years of work and the cited group has collected ALL of these categories? Smells like absolute crap.

As much as I'm a fan of cold, hard data, this table is crap.
If you want to read up on actually "racist" data, check the R package Ecdat, lots and lots of interesting (but old) statistics. As a side-effect you might also learn some basic R and econometrics / psychonometrics.
