ITT: we discuss books were currently reading and books that we should read.

also i was thinking that maybe someone should make a monthly pol book club thread where we use strawpoll to decide which book we should read and in the thread next month we talk about how shitty it was. what are your thoughts?

Halfway through it. It's a pretty great read so far.

>also i was thinking that maybe someone should make a monthly pol book club thread where we use strawpoll to decide which book we should read and in the thread next month we talk about how shitty it was. what are your thoughts?
Too many people will go in and out of the book club to accomplish anything that can't be done in a private chatroom. Besides, we all have our own interests, schedules and book lists.

+1 upvote for Dostoyevsky

I think standard anti-communist reading should be The Gulag Archipelago by Alexander Solzhenitsyn, and Stalin: Paradoxes of Power 1878-1928 by Stephen Kotkin
>>
>>136348488

I have The Gulag Archipelago. Dostoevsky has been my main man since I was probably 15. Only Kierkegaard has matched my interest of him as an adult.

Can't tell if they are memes or not.
>>
No joke, Mein Kampf.
>>
>>136350283
Both are 100% worth reading, no memeing.
>>
>>136350283

1984 is, but Animal Farm is pretty childish really. I think both Orwell and Vonnegut are pretty simple and silly.
>>
>>136350411
>>136350440
I'll read them both. At the very least I'll be able to understand the constant references.
>>
>>136350509
Orwell wrote his books as satires. Don't take the plot of1984 seriously - but the ideas it has are all based on real life occurrences. Most people make the mistake of thinking that his writing is silly and over-the-top, but this is because hes simplified his books so that even a child could understand.
>>
>>136350509

I'd recommend Notes from Underground over 1984 any day.

I've been working through this list and sometimes it doesn't go by "difficulty" it goes by accessibility almost based on the previous works, for example I keep finding earlier books referenced in the later ones.
I think this is why Lord of the Rings is considered "difficult" on this list too, it isn't hard to read per se but you will view it in a whole different light once you have the political and philosophical framework from the books prior to it

Sapiens. By the Jew "Yuval Harari".

Good read about human physiological, psychological and cultural evolution.

Delves a good deal into why White Europeans are the Master Race and why Niggers are shit tier.

Surprisingly he doesn't bring up Jews as being based or anything like that, he just presents Evolution and the steps it took and what not

Well our most recent conversation was about Jews, I did my utmost to remain neutral - I simply explained the reasons why they have a bad rep, e.g. origins of Jewish lending in medieval society, and why they were considered vermin by practically the entire world for being present in every country with no "homeland". Media control and the vast 'coincidences'. So much to discuss with an uneducated mind.

Cracking an indoctrinated mind isn't worth me effort.

> The Camp of the Saints (Le Camp des Saints) is a 1973 French novel by author and explorer Jean Raspail. The novel depicts a setting wherein Third World mass immigration to France and the West leads to the destruction of Western civilization. Almost forty years after its initial publication, the novel returned to the bestseller list in 2011.[1] It is considered by many readers and reviewers to be a prophetic book, correctly predicting a massive immigration wave from the Third World into 21st Century Europe.

Yeah it's a black pill. Don't take too seriously even though it is.

Apparently, it's satire, but at this point it's probably a vision of the future

Audible only has this book in French spoken. I get most of my book "reading" during my 40 minute each way commute to work, so I really would love this on audio book.

I guess I should have looked being audible. Anyway, I'm already listening to Gulag Archipelago by Solzhenitzyn which will take me most of two months to burn through.

I get feelings that he's a Marxist plant. I like the zeal and anti capitalism/Judaism. But it feels very 1917ish.

I don't know too much about Strasserism and NazBol to comment further.

I think Italian fascism and German Volkisch fascism are very enlightening movements.

A good list, balanced one and serious books. Wish there was the new classics after Rawls like Nozick's "Anarchy, state and Utopia" or Rothbard's "Ethics of liberty"

I'm not really a scholar or anything.

First time hearing those names but saving them fro later reading.

Just going through the classics and big names atm. Bulgakov, Joyce, Hemingway, Tolstoy etc.

Want to establish a proper way of thought and understand any references that modern political books might make.

I'm a fan of Fascist philosophy and political theory. The Falange was Spain's Fascist party which was founded by Jose Antonio Primo de Rivera. Currently reading Kaczynski atm

>Calibre is based
I tried it and it looks like totally useless. I have my all ebooks neatly ordered "Surname, F[irst name]. Book Title.pdf". All Calibre did it made useless copies of those files in another folder and completely messed up the author's names and book titles in the interface; more than half of them are "Unknown" or "" or "p" or "MIKE'S HOME FOLDER" or "001c_0012_0291_b292" or whatever. What am I even supposed to do with calibre?

It is somewhat childish but it can be pretty violent at times. I liked the way it was written. Easy to understand and right to the point.

Alan (((Greenspan))) - Globalisation laid bare

This kike was the JEW of the federal reserve and one of the culprits responsible for the 2008 collapse.

Read his books and learn about the globalist Jew.

These are the true architects of our future.
