I have dual monitors on this computer and a second computer with monitor next to it. I watch a movie and browse the web on this computer and play a game on the other computer.

This is a good start. I recommend also setting up a TV for a sport event or something in the background, with an iPad going for checking your stocks and shitposting stocktwits. Use your phone for social media alerts.

On your two main screens, keep one for work and one for stuff you're just curious about, and maximize the use of tabs in your web browsers on both screens.

You can usually listen to a podcast and a book at the same time, and then lower the volume for when you're watching a youtube video that strikes your fancy.
