Slavery would have ended by 1880 or so. The USA and CSA would have had diplomatic relations that would have grown stronger at the outbreak of WWI. No Jim Crowe laws. No civil rights movement.

The Union would go full on Republican and Democrats would be drawn and quartered for being traitors to the Union; the Confederacy would continue to live out the Democrat Party's dream of neo-feudal Hebraic aristocracy lording over non-White slaves.. Whites, displaced by their land being stolen by big plantations and urban labor being taken up by Quasi-Free Slaves, would head north in a slow trickle eventually turning to a flood. The rest of the world's abhorrence of slavery and industrialization lead's to the Confederacy's economy stagnating leading to the aristocratic planter class displacing ever more free Whites.

Ultimately, the Confederacy comes to be a puppet regime for Britain, France, and Germany in order to keep America from expanding its economic and military interests into South America. The Panama Canal is never built, South America ultimately ends up in a stronger economic and military position due to the lack of US influence, and the United states colonizes the West much slower than it does in our world due to having to defend (both militarily and economically) against the Confederacy.

The United States faces a homefront war in both World Wars. The Confederacy declares war in WWI and is defeated quickly, its army being made up of an ineffective landed Jewish planter class with no actual military experience, outdated equipment, and an army of Negro slaves that despise their leaders. World War II eventually comes along and results in a Neo-Confederate Jewish Fascist uprising aiming to reinstate slavery across the United States, only this time ALL gentiles are enslaved. The Revolt is put down for the same reasons the Confederacy lost in WWI. The Axis loses WWII but only by a cunt hair; without the US as a superpower the USSR cannot be used to grind down Germany, resulting in a German-Italian loss without Denazification and Japan crumbling under the weight of a lack of oil and the size of its empire.

The USA emerges as a world power. Germany never experiences Denazification and Italy accepts its fascist roots even more than it does now. Japan becomes the big power in Asia (Akin to our China) as it digests what its able to hold from its Asia Conquests. Although Europe is burnt to the ground, the USA's renewed expansion and colonization of its West leads to large masses of Europeans moving to the USA in order to settle in the vast expanses of the West. As the USA never really gets involved in the European or Asian theaters, this migration is not objected in any serious manner. In the wake of this population drain the USA is able to assert control over Europe and engage in rebuilding as it does in our world.
